WHAT IS IT?
The MLK Corridor Entrepreneurial & Real Estate Fund is a grant program to support property and business owners within the MLK Corridor Improvement Authority’s target area. This fund addresses the critical need for equitable access to capital for underrepresented entrepreneurs and will promote business development along the MLK Corridor. Funds can be used for real estate enhancements, business coaching, accounting, marketing, product development, and more.
ALL DECISIONS CONCERNING ASPECTS OF THE GRANT APPLICATION PROCESS, INCLUDING ELIGIBILITY AND / OR CONTAINING ELIGIBILITY FOR GRANTS ARE WITHIN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE MLK CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY BOARD AND ARE FINAL.

In order to qualify for a grant from the Jackson Entrepreneurial and Real Estate Fund, your business must be located in the Martin Luther King Corridor or you must have plans to move into the corridor (prospective address required). Use this map to find properties within the corridor.
