Apply for up to $55,000 in Downpayment Assistance
The City of Jackson is offering a limited-time opportunity for eligible homebuyers interested in building a new home in the Martin Luther King Jr. Corridor.
Through the 100 Homes Program, eligible homebuyers may apply for $25,000 in down payment assistance per home. Approved buyers who select one of eligible lots within the MLK Corridor may receive an additional $30,000 in down payment assistance from the Martin Luther King Corridor Improvement Authority.
